Welcome to Honey Verse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and hive adoption program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By creating an account, adopting a hive, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Each adoption is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, you will receive the honey shipments included in your selected plan. Adoptions may be renewed for additional periods at our discretion.
Adoption does not constitute legal ownership of the hive or land. You are adopting the hive for the purpose of receiving honey and related services. The physical hive and land remain the property of Honey Verse or our partners.
We will assign a specific hive to your adoption based on availability. While we strive to provide accurate hive information and location data, we cannot guarantee that a specific hive will be available or that hive characteristics will remain unchanged due to natural factors.
Honey production depends on natural factors including weather, harvest conditions, and hive health. While we make every effort to ensure consistent quality and quantity, we cannot guarantee specific yields or harvest dates. In the event of insufficient production, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent honey from our apiary or provide appropriate compensation.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your purchase.
Payment is required at the time of adoption purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
Our adoption plans include recurring shipments (monthly or quarterly depending on your selected plan). By purchasing an adoption plan, you agree to receive shipments according to the schedule specified in your plan. The first shipment will be sent immediately after adoption, with subsequent shipments sent according to your plan's schedule.
You must provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the region, though delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We use appropriate packaging to ensure your honey arrives in optimal condition.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping, except as required by applicable law.
International shipping may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory processes.
Due to the personalized nature of our adoption program (customized certificates, labels, and hive assignments), we generally do not offer refunds after an adoption has been processed. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
You may cancel your adoption subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive shipments until that time. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your adoption period.
To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
You may customize your honey jar labels with text of your choice. However, you agree not to include:
We reserve the right to reject or modify any custom label content that violates these guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to include on your labels.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Honey Verse or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission. You may use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Verse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honey Verse and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honey Verse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Honey Verse regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
