After adopting a hive, you’ll receive a personalized certificate and your own custom label for your honey jars. We’ll keep you updated throughout the season with news from the apiary, and your first jar ships shortly after adoption. Future shipments arrive regularly so you can enjoy fresh honey all year.
Yes — visits are welcome. You can book a trip to the apiary, meet the beekeepers, and experience the hive firsthand. Check the “Visit the Apiary” section for details and availability.
Each jar comes from honey produced in your adopted hive, never from bulk blends. The honey is carefully harvested and minimally processed to preserve flavor, aroma, and nutrients. We provide transparency around quality so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Your first shipment goes out shortly after adoption. Subsequent deliveries are sent on a regular schedule, and most orders arrive within about a week depending on your location. Packaging is designed to protect the jars during transit.
Yes — you can add your own text to the label, whether it’s your name or a gift message. The customization tool lets you preview the design before placing your order.
Adoptions renew annually, but you’re always in control and can cancel before renewal. We’ll notify you ahead of time so you can decide whether to continue.
